Omokoroa Thermal Holiday Park is a real breath of fresh air – a beautiful and peaceful holiday destination and just a short walk from Omokoroa Harbour and days spent swimming, fishing, picnicking or just lazing in the sun.

Guests love our heated mineral pools. These three pools are free for all guests to enjoy and the natural thermal water, beautiful on the skin, has long been said to have healing properties.

A range of clean and comfortable accommodations choices are on offer – from fully self-contained park motels to basic kitchen cabins and plenty of great camp sites.

Our beautiful flower gardens, alfresco BBQ dining area, kids playground, games room and much more add up to the perfect holiday getaway. We are just a short drive from the beaches of Mount Maunganui and Waihi Beach and a vast array of activities and attractions.

Terms of Trade(e.g. Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, Purchase Policy)

Our booking terms and conditions are as follow:

Deposits:

1. Receipt of a deposit confirms dates, number of nights, and number of guests. If numbers are reduced from the original booking the original tariff remains.

2. A booking will be confirmed at the time a deposit is received by Omokoroa Thermal Holiday Park.

3. In the event a customer wants to change the dates booked the deposit cannot be transferred unless the original dates can be re-booked.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Peak season bookings - deposits/payments are non refundable. Peak season bookings - 20th December to 8th February, public and school holidays.

2. Non peak season bookings - deposits/payments are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

3. Weekends between the months of November and May (excluding peak seasons) - deposits/payments are non refundable if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

4. Any refunds relating to cancelled bookings will be less a $20.00 administration fee per unit/site.

5. A no-show is considered a cancelled booking. Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows.

Booking conditions:

1. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent.

2. During summer and public holidays some Friday and Saturdays must be booked together. Please enquire.
