Cancellation Policy
- Peak seasons deposits/payments are non refundable.
- Non-peak seasons - if a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit is non refundable.
- For summer weekends (between the months of November and May, excluding peak seasons) we require a 14 day notice of any cancellation prior to booked arrival date.
- Any refund will be less a $20.00 administration fee per unit/site.
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent.
- Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking.

A deposit confirms
- The number of guests booked, the dates and numbers of nights booked. If reduced from the original booking the original tariff remains.
- There will be no carry-over of deposits in the event of the original booking not being filled.

A booking is only confirmed with payment of a deposit to Omokoroa Thermal Holiday Park.
